Accountant Edy Bourazak, CPA, CGMA, brings more than 20 years experience in diverse tax, financial, and business consulting to her role as a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant for clients in Illinois and the Phoenix, Arizona area.

 

Education, CPA License & Professional Memberships

Edy Bourazak earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Illinois State University in 1997, was a recipient of the Excel Award for the CPA exam in 1999, and received the Chartered Global Management designation in 2014.  She is licensed in Illinois and Arizona as a Certified Public Accountant. Edy is a longtime member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society and is now a member of the Arizona CPA Society. 

 

Career Experience & Professional Focus

Edy’s professional experience began over 20 years ago at a local public accounting firm before joining Clifton Gunderson, a national CPA firm, as a Manager. There she performed on site Controller and CFO duties for client companies as well as implement, train and utilize various accounting software systems of client companies.  She has also held staff Controller and CFO positions with various size companies.
